New connections are the cornerstone of Med Tech Twente Week. During the MedTech Business Event, we will organise curated matches with relevant venture capital firms or funds, researchers, industry partners, clinicians, SMEs, angel investors or other experts. At the heart of these matches is the event matchmaking tool, where attendees can scout for their matches.
Where corporates, startups and investors meet
MedTech Business Event, the second day of MedTech Twente Week, is dedicated to capital and internationalisation. We will discover the opportunities to scale MedTech Companies further. Important because 75% of the University of Twente spin-offs are MedTech-related. Enterprising students and pioneering researchers are taking the step to conquer the world with their innovations. MedTech Twente supports these companies in their growth and gives entrepreneurs access to knowledge, (international) markets, and capital. On the 3rd of November, you'll experience the ecosystem live in action! Get inspired by our workshops about, among others, funding, investing in MedTech, VC-approach, international classification and selling MedTech systems to German hospitals.

About MedTech Twente Week
MedTech Twente Week brings the MedTech ecosystem together, focusing on collaboration, inspiration and clinical practice. A diversity of mission-driven initiatives, from inspiring conferences to practical matchmaking sessions, will take place from 2 to 4 November! The success of the TechMed Event has been expanded into a broad multi-day program. We welcome researchers, entrepreneurs, clinicians, investors and other experts to come together at the TechMed Centre, University of Twente. By sharing expertises, experiences and ideas we take a step forward in accelerating Med Tech innovations. Definitely needed, because this kind of innovation is one the most challenging and time consuming to market.
